Getting to Know the Move-In and Move-Out Boards

Move-in and move-out boards display the tasks you need to complete when moving residents in or out. You can complete checklist tasks and perform a resident move-in or move-out directly from the move-in or move-out board.

To locate the Move-In and Move-Out Boards, go to Entrata >> Residents.

In the left sidebar, hover over the board icon  and click either Move-in Board or Move-out Board.

  1. Task Progress

This section displays the progress the property has made to fulfill all required and optional tasks.

You can click and drag each task to adjust the section order as desired, and filter the tasks by using the Show drop-down menu.

To update the task progress information, click  Refresh.

  1. Task Progress

This section allows you to filter and view the list of potential residents, including those ready to be moved in or out, and those who have incomplete checklist items.

To filter the results by a certain category, click one of the following column headings:

  • Resident
  • Move-in Date/Time
  • Days Left
  • Total Tasks Complete
  • Move-in Status

  1. Task Progress

This section allows you to complete the individual resident checklist items required for the move-in or move-out process directly from the board. The checklist items will vary depending on if you are moving a resident in or out, and what checklist items your property requires for each process.

To view the resident's profile information, click the resident's name.

The Start Review button will unlock the checklist items for the move-in process. If you're performing a move-out, this button will not appear as the move-out tasks are already unlocked.
