Sending a Lead an Invitation to Apply

Once a lead has completed a guest card and provided their email address, you can send them (and any other occupants) an email with an invitation to fill out the online application. After you send the email invitation to the lead, the action appears in the lead's Activity Log.
 

Sending a Lead an Invitation to Apply


  1. In Entrata, go to Leads >> All Leads.
     

  2. Find a lead with the status Guest Card: Complete or Application: Started, and click on their name to open the Lead Profile.

    • If you need help finding a lead, you can use the Search box in the top-right corner of the window or access search filters by clicking the filter icon in the sidebar.
       

  3. In the red lead progress bar, click Send Invitation. The Send Invitation window appears. 

 

  1. Select each lead you want to invite to apply. You can invite multiple leads at a time. If co-applicants were added when the guest card was filled out, there will be more than one lead to select. 

 

  1. Click Send to immediately send an email to all selected leads.
