Reopening a Canceled Lead

You can reopen any canceled lead at any time. For help with canceling leads and information on the difference between canceling and archiving, see the article Canceling a Lead.

 

  1. In Entrata, go to Leads >> All Leads.
     

  2. Click the filter icon to open the Leads Filter on the left side of the window.
     

  3. Click the Status drop-down arrow to reveal all lead status filters.
     

  4. If the canceled lead completed a guest card but not an application, select Guest Card: Canceled. For canceled leads who did start an application, select Application: Canceled.
     

 

 

  1. Click Filter Leads. The window populates with leads according to the filters you selected.
     

  2. Click the name of a canceled lead to open the Lead Profile.
     

  3. In the red lead progress bar, click Reopen Lead to restore the lead.
