ENTRATA DASHBOARD - RESIDENTS

 

This guide provides an overview of the Residents tab on Entratas Dashboard. The Dashboard aims to provide a user-friendly interface for easy navigation and task resolution.

 

Residents

 

Contact Needed

  • Residents show under the Contact Needed tab are those who have reached out and have not been contacted or followed up with. You can log any contact you've had with a resident by click the 'Contact' button.

 

Not Progressing

  • Residents shown under the Not Progressing tab are those who were sent a renewal offer or document to be signed and hasn't had any sort of communication regarding It. To log any communication with a resident, click the 'Contact' button.

 

Move-In Reviews

  • Anyone shown under the Move-In Reviews tab needs to have their move-In reviews completed before they're allowed to move Into their unit. The move-In review Is also shown on the future residents portal. If they need to make a payment, show proof of Insurance, etc. this will show under their move-In review on the resident portal dashboard. You can review their move In by clicking on the 'Review' button.

 

Move-Ins

  • Anyone shown under the Move-Ins tab needs to be moved Into the system. This must happen within the same month their move In Is scheduled. For example, If they're move In Is scheduled for 01/10/2021 then they need to be moved In by that date. If todays date Is 01/31/2021 and the resident still has not moved In, their move In date needs to be moved Into the following month. It’s very Important that their move In date Is correct.

 

Evictions

  • Any pending evictions will show under this tab.

 

Move-outs

  • Anyone set to move-out will show under the Move-out tab. This must be completed the date scheduled In Entrata. Similar to the Move-In tab.

 

Renewals

  • Create Offers
    • Any resident shown under this tab means they have a lease ending soon and either need a renewal offer created, or they need to be placed on notice and moved out on their lease end date. If this Is not completed, they will go Into a month-to-month status. Please see the training on how to fix a lease that has gone Into a month-to-month status.
  • Pending Offers
    • Any residents shown under the Pending Offers tab means they have an offer that hasn’t been reviewed by the resident. It's Important to keep up with these since they have an expiration date.
  • Resubmit
    • Any offers the resident denied will be sent to the Resubmit tab.
  • Generate Lease
    • Any residents under this tab means they accepted their renewal offer sent and now need their Renewal Lease generated.
  • Non-Renewing
    • Any residents shown under the Non-Renewing tab are those who have been placed Into a non-renewing status through their profile.
       

Transfers

  • Any residents shown under the Transfers tab needs to have their transfer approved or processed.
