ENTRATA DASHBOARD - APPROVALS

 

This guide provides an overview of the Approvals tab on Entratas Dashboard. The Dashboard aims to provide a user-friendly interface for easy navigation and task resolution.

 

Approvals

 

Applications

• You will see any completed applications under this tab.
• If your property is set up to have automatic lease generation, you will not see any completed applications unless done manually.

 

Screening

• Applicants
  • You will see all applicant screenings under this tab.
  • This is NOT where you will process the applicant screening, but a reminder to REVIEW their screening and approve or deny.
• Renewals
  • You would see any renewals who need to have their screening reviewed.

• Transfers
  • You would see any transfers who need to have their screening reviewed.
• Offers
  • You will see anyone who has pending Approved with Conditions offers.

 

 

Documents

• Lease Packets
  • You will find all of the Lease Packets that are awaiting approvals. This doesn’t necessarily mean they have documents pending countersignatures.
  • These applicants/residents have a pending lease in some way such as pending signatures, docs need to be countersigned, or a screening needs to be processed, approved, or denied.
• Individual Docs
  • Anyone showing under this tab needs their individual document countersigned.

 

 

 

 

Payments

• Payments
  • Any payments awaiting to be captured will be found here on your dashboard.
• Reversals
  • Any payment reversals will be shown under this tab.

 

 

Invoices

• Any Invoices awaiting approval by you will show under this tab. It’s very Important to watch this so you don't hold up any payments.

 

 

Inspection

• Any move-in Inspections will show here for you to review and sign off or create work orders In the system.

 

 

Pricing

• We don't use this tab.

 

Financial Move-Outs

• Any financial move-outs that need to be approved will show under this tab.
