This guide provides an overview of the financial tab on Entratas Dashboard. The Dashboard aims to provide a user-friendly interface for easy navigation and task resolution.

 

Financial

 

Check21

• Any checks show under this tab need to be completed. You can do this by clicking the 'Process Batch' button.

 

Deposits

• Any deposits show under this tab need to be completed through the resident/prospect account.

 

Notices

• Delinquency
  • Any notices shown need to have their delinquency note sent to them. This Is Important to keep up with to help with managing your delinquency.
• Repayment AG
  • Anyone set up on a repayment agreement who are delinquent will show under this tab.

 

Pre-Collections

• Anyone In the pre-collections process will show here.

 

Delivery Errors

• Any notices that had an error (incorrect email address) will show under this tab. You will need to get the correctly email address and resend.

 

Financial Move-outs

• Perform
  • Any FMOs that need to be preformed will show under this tab.
• Revise
  • Any FMOs that need to be revised will show under this tab.
• Finalize
  • Any FMOs that need to be finalize will show under this tab.

 

Accelerated Rent Credits

• There should be nothing on this tab.
