ENTRATA DASHBOARD - LEADS
This guide provides an overview of the Leads tab on Entratas Dashboard. The Dashboard aims to provide a user-friendly interface for easy navigation and task resolution.
Leads
Assign Agents
- Any applicants under the Assign Agents tab is missing an agent. You can assign an agent by clicking the 'Assign' button or going to their prospect profile.
Potential Leads
- Any applicants under the Potential Leads tab are typically Incoming emails or phone calls. These need to be reviewed by your team and made into a lead.
Never Contacted
- Leads showing under the Never Contacted tab are those who haven't been contacted.
Contact Needed
- Leads showing under the Contact Needed tab are those who have not been contacted by phone within a certain time frame.
Not Progressing
- Leads showing in the Not Progressing tab are those who haven't had an incoming email or phone call. This also Includes the lead not responding to any attempted contact.
